Biodynamic cereals and field crops
We grow cereals and pulses on 40 hectares on the farm. We use a cultivation method called “minimum tillage”.
We grow a variety of oats, wheat, barley, triticale, rye and beans together with green manures, grasses and clovers. Most grain is fed to the pigs but we mill our own wheat and rye flour. Our yields are low but the nutrient density (quality) of our grain extremely high.
